Safety regulations for the operation of CNC milling machines

First, operating procedures

1. The operator must be familiar with the instruction manual of the machine tool and the general performance and structure of the machine tool, and it is strictly forbidden to use it with super performance.

2. Before starting the machine, check whether all parts of the machine tool are complete and normal, and whether the safety protection device of the machine tool is reliable according to the provisions of the equipment inspection card.

3. Refuel according to the provisions of the lubrication chart, check whether the oil standard, oil quantity, oil quality and oil circuit are normal, keep the lubrication system clean, and the oil tank and oil hole shall not be open.

4. The operator must operate the machine tool in strict accordance with the operation steps of the CNC milling machine, and other personnel shall not start it without the consent of the operator.

5. When pressing each key, the force should be moderate, and the keyboard, keys and display screen should not be slapped hard.

6. No other items are allowed to be placed on the work surface, and when placing the indexing head, vise or heavier fixtures, they should be handled gently to avoid damaging the table.

7. When the machine tool fails or is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and elimination.

8. When the operator leaves the machine tool, changes the speed, changes the tool, measures the size, and adjusts the workpiece, it should be stopped.

9. After the work is completed, all parts of the machine tool should be in their original state, and the power supply should be cut off.

10. Keep the machine tool accessories properly and keep the machine tool clean and intact.

11. Do a good job of cleaning the machine tool, keep it clean, conscientiously implement the handover procedures, and fill in the handover record.

Second, safety regulations:

(1) Workers should wear tight-fitting overalls with tight cuffs; Lesbians are to wear protective hats; Wear protective goggles when milling at high speeds; Masks should be worn when milling iron castings; When operating, it is strictly forbidden to wear gloves to prevent the hand from being caught between the rotating tool and the workpiece.

(2) Before operation, check whether the parts and safety devices of the milling machine are safe and reliable; Check whether the electrical part of the equipment is safe and reliable.

(3) When the machine tool is running, it is not allowed to adjust, measure the workpiece and change the lubrication mode to prevent the hand from touching the tool and injuring the fingers.

(4) Before the rotation of the milling cutter is completely stopped, it cannot be braked by hand.

(5) Do not remove chips by hand during milling, and do not blow with your mouth to prevent chips from damaging your skin and eyes.

(6) When loading and unloading the workpiece, the workbench should be retreated to a safe position, and when the wrench is used to fasten the workpiece, the direction of force should avoid the milling cutter to prevent the wrench from skidding and hitting the tool or fixture.

(7) When assembling and disassembling the milling cutter, use a special liner to pad it, and do not hold the milling cutter directly with your hands.

(8) When motorizing and rapid feeding, the handwheel clutch should be opened to prevent the handwheel from rotating rapidly and injuring people.
