Safety operation procedures for CNC milling machines and machining centers

CNC milling machines and machining centers are mainly used for the processing of non-rotary parts, especially in the mold manufacturing industry. Its safety operating procedures are as follows:

1. Before starting, the following operating procedures should be observed:

(1) Wear labor protection equipment, do not wear gloves to operate the machine tool.

(2) Read the instruction manual of the machine tool in detail, and do not move the machine tool at will before being familiar with the operation of the machine tool, so as to avoid safety accidents.

(3) Before operation, you must be familiar with the function of each button and the precautions for operation.

(4) Pay attention to the warning content on the warning signs of each part of the machine tool.

(5) Add lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and cutting fluid according to the requirements of the machine tool manual, and connect the external air source.

(6) The tools around the machine tool should be placed neatly and easily handled.

(7) The protective door of the machine tool must be closed before processing.

2. In the processing operation, the following operating procedures shall be observed:

(1) Civilized production, concentration, and elimination of alcoholism and fatigue operation; It is forbidden to fight, gossip, sleep and leave the post arbitrarily.

(2) When the machine tool is energized, the operator must not open and touch the part of the machine tool with lightning symbol and equipped with strong electric device to prevent being injured by electric shock.

(3) Pay attention to check whether the workpiece and tool are clamped correctly and reliably; After the tool clamping is completed, the test cutting should be carried out manually.

(4) During the operation of the machine tool, do not remove the chips, and avoid touching the moving parts of the machine tool with your hands.

(5) When removing chips, use certain tools, and be careful not to be scratched by chips.

(6) When the workpiece is to be measured, it must be carried out in the machine tool stop state.

(7) Do not turn on the machine tool when thundering. Because the instantaneous high voltage and high current during lightning strikes are easy to impact the machine tool, resulting in burnout of the module or loss of changed data, resulting in unnecessary losses.

3. After the work is completed, the following operating procedures shall be observed:

(1) Fill in the handover record truthfully, and reflect the problem in time.

(2) To clean the workplace and wipe the machine tools, pay attention to keeping the machine tools and control equipment clean.

(3) Cut off the power of the system and close the doors and windows before leaving.
