The gear shapers of this series are the new sophisticated products developed on the basis of our traditional gear shapers, and approved by the domestic and international professional gear compa-nies. The high efficiency and high precision CNC gear shapers of this series equipped with nice and environmental protection full enclosures adopt the longitudinal layout and their radial feed is performed by the traverse of the entire column. Gears of modules from 0.2mm to 10mm can be accommodated and the machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard(GB/T10095.1-2008). Typical work-pieces such as the internal gears in the deep holes and the cluster gears can be machined when a slide-type saddle is equipped on the machine. Non-circular gears, tri-angle-shape internal gears used in the internal gear pumps and special gears can be cut when special equipment is adopted for the ma-chine, or by means of use of a special cutting mode of great-helical rotary feed on request of the cus-tomer. You may choose machines of different model and special equipment according to the specifica-tions of gears to be cut. The machines are suitable for the single-job or small-lot production, and preferable for the mass production on the production lines.

The major components and parts used on these machines are built in our own plant, especially the core technical components and parts, such as the high precision worm and worm wheel pairs, the hydro-static mechanism, the special-curve double-roller cam cutter relieving mechanism (The small over runs increase the length for cutting the effective face width), precision holes and shafts. All these are ma-chined and tested by the imported precision manufacturing and testing equipment. In addition, to guar-antee the entire rigidity and the stability of accuracy of the machines, we adopt only the well-known brands at home and abroad for the purchased components and parts such as the CNC control system, the bearings, the lead screws, the hydraulic sealing, the air conditioners, etc.
