The machine tool is mainly applicable to new energy vehicles, automatic transmissions, precision gearboxes and other industries of high-volume hobbing processing, machine tool machining accuracy up to GB/T10095.1-2008 standard 5-6 (the actual machining accuracy of the two sides with the user signed a technical agreement shall prevail).
The main performance and characteristics of the machine tool:
◆ The machine tool is an eight-axis four-link high-speed dry cutting hobbing machine, which is green, environmentally friendly and highly efficient. ◆ It adopts vertical layout with column offset and slide plate moving horizontally to complete radial feeding movement, equipped with full sealing shield, fast chip removal inner protection and dry cooling system, which makes the machine thermal stability good and machining size stable.
◆The tool and workpiece spindle adopts direct-drive transmission, with fast transmission speed and high running precision. Equipped with high-quality dry cutting hob, the cutting speed of small and medium modulus gears can reach more than 300m/min, and the machining efficiency can be more than three times of that of wet cutting machine tools.
◆ Equipped with single loading and unloading mechanism and automatic transfer bin to meet the demand of automation and flexibilization production.
The machine can be equipped with Siemens or FANUC system.
