The machine tool is a three-axis three-linkage linear motor high-precision CNC lathe, which is green, environmentally friendly and efficient.
The machine tool adopts an integral bed base, 30° inclined bed saddle, compact structure, rigid foot and good vibration absorption. Equipped with fully enclosed protection, the chip removal can be freely converted to the side row or rear row, and it is easy to automatically form a line.
The spindle of the machine tool adopts an electric spindle, which has the characteristics of high speed, high rigidity and low noise. The X/Z axis is composed of a linear motor, a grating ruler and an imported linear guide rail, which has high positioning accuracy and good dynamic responsiveness. It is equipped with a variable frequency water cooler, which can adapt to the harsh processing environment.
After the machine tool is equipped with a live tool holder, it can realize the composite processing of the end face, grooving, chamfering, drilling, expanding, reaming, boring and cutting of the parts.
The machine tool can be equipped with an automatic line interface to form an automatic production line.
