The machine tool is a three-axis two-linkage high-speed precision CNC lathe, which is green, environmentally friendly and efficient.
The machine adopts modular design, integral bed base, 30° inclined bed saddle, compact structure, rigid foot good vibration absorption. Equipped with fully enclosed protection, chip discharge can be freely converted to the side row or back row, easy to automate into a component line.
Machine tool spindle selected imported high-precision spindle bearing, high speed, good rigidity, high precision. The feed shaft servo motor is directly connected with the ball screw, and the imported linear rolling guide rail is selected for high dynamic response performance and good accuracy retention.
The machine tool can be equipped with power tool holder to realize the combination of turning and milling. Also optional spindle and linear motor, grating ruler to further improve the machining accuracy and dynamic response performance of the lathe.
The machine can be configured with automatic line interface to form an automatic production line.
The machine can be configured with FANUC, Canton or Kaindi systems.
