The machine tool is a three-axis two-linkage high-speed precision CNC lathe, which is green, environmentally friendly and efficient.
The machine adopts a 45° integral bed base, with good vibration resistance, sufficient rigidity, fully enclosed protection, and good chip removal.
The servo spindle motor of the machine tool directly drives the spindle to rotate through the high-speed belt, which has a simple structure and low noise. The feed axis is configured with servo motor, ball screw and linear guide rail to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
The machine tool can be equipped with servo programming tailstock, the tailstock adopts a high-rigidity structure and is integrally cast and formed, the top is MT4 taper, which is characterized by servo motor drive, adjustable pressure, tailstock has the characteristics of “follow-up”, and the tailstock adopts positioning programming and no sleeve design to achieve maximum rigidity.
The machine tool can be equipped with an automatic line interface to form an automatic production line.
The machine can be equipped with FANUC, Guangshu or Kane system.
